She co-owns 8th Street Construction and Consulting, a small design/build firm that specializes in engineering design of modular homes and luxury remodels. Stephanie started her real estate career in 2009 and has done everything from flipping houses to developing luxury custom homes, building income-producing multi-unit apartments, and representing buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals. Stephanie is a San Diego Association of Realtors “Circle of Excellence” award winner 2016-2018, and San Diego Association of Realtors “Top 40 Under 40” award winner for 2018. Stephanie is proud to be a mentor for Promises 2 Kids Guardian Scholars program, a member of the San Diego Equality Business Association, and a season-ticket holder to the San Diego Symphony.
